In order for D&E Jazzd Phone Service to transfer your number, your phone number must remain active with your current provider. If your phone number is not active, you lose control over that number. Jazzd Phone Service will not allow numbers to be transferred unless they are associated with an active account.
What can I do to get the number back?
You can contact your current carrier's customer service department to re-establish service and/or reactivate that number on your account.
