Jazzd Phone Service Pricing

Jazzd Phone Service for Broadband is $24.95 per month. For this price, you get unlimited local and domestic long distance calling plus the use of any of the included calling features. The first month’s bill will include a partial amount for that month. Your bill will reflect charges for the service for the next month’s service. Charges for anything not covered in the $24.95 monthly fee, will be back billed on the following month’s bill.

 

Items that are billed separately

International calls-There will be additional charges for International calls, which are billed on a per-minute charge based on the country’s rate.

Taxes-There will be applicable PA state tax charged.

Per use fees-

Directory assistance: $1.50/call
Verification of Line Set up Charges: $.70 per request
Call Interruption: $1.10 per request
Calling Card Operator Dial Surcharge: $.35 per request
Operator Station-to-Station Call: $.90 per request
Operator Person-to-Person call: $2.50 per request

For all calls placed via the operator by dialing “0”, the following rates per minute apply in addition to any applicable surcharges:

Day Rate (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) $.28/minute
Evening Rate (5p.m. – 8 a.m.) $.20/minute
Weekend Rate (12 a.m. Saturday – 11:59 Sunday) $.10/minute

All residential calls are billed in full-minute increments.

Shipping: $9.99 charge to ship your Phone Adapter
Activation Fee: $30.00

 

Cancellation of service

There will be a fee of $100.00 added to your account, until we receive your Phone Adapter (in working order). At that time, the fee will be credited to your account. Please return all equipment within 15 business days to receive credit.
