D&E Jazzd Phone Service gives you control over your Jazzd Phone Service.
You can access your account at any time, day or night to view your bills, turn on or off calling features, view your call detail, manage Voice Mail, and edit your user information. Most changes occur right away, so no waiting.
My Assistant
The My Assistant web pages are your control center. Once you log in with your username and password, you can see all the information about your account. From the main page you can click to any account management activity that you need or would like to do.
View Bills:
You can look at last month’s billing statement, which shows all the call detail for that month. You may also view past bills.
Voice Mail and Unified Messaging:
The Voice Mail and Unified Messaging section allows you to manage your messages. You can choose to have all messages converted to MP3 files and have them emailed to a selected email address, as well as having them routed to your traditional Voice mailbox.
Account Information:
The Account page provides account and user information. From this section, you can edit your user and billing information as well as your login password.
