How to Enable Port Forwarding

If you walk through the setup, and have the D&E Jazzd Phone Adapter behind a router, and you are not receiving a dial tone you may need to open up ports on your router.

To open ports on your router you will need to refer to your router's documentation or online support from the manufacturer.

With certain router models, incoming ports 30000-39999 will need to be forwarded to the IP address of the D&E Jazzd Phone Adapter for it to function properly.
